I order almost everything nowdays from half.com, movies, books, CDs, etc. I've had very few problems, considering the number of items I've bought.

The reason none of you got your order of this book is because it's an Instructor's CD-ROM available only for instructors. Anyone else tries to buy this CD-ROM will be rejected. Students who buys this CD-ROM is CHEATING!!!

I had good experience with half.com in the past. Ordered many books, and only have 2 delays which were most likely caused by my local USPS.

Good point guest below me, all of their positive ratings are clearly ads by employees, not actual people. Pretty sad. They messed me up too. Ordered a whole class set for my school and 3 weeks later...nada, just an email stating the books were unavailable. What a business. They sent me an eCampus T-shirt though! No books, just a T-shirt.

Almost all of the good feedback below is from eCampus employee named "whoknew". So really they are a 1.5 star seller out 5 and 1 out of 5 is the lowest, I am unable to even give them a 0 out of 5 star rating but they have screwed me when they said they had it in stock but didn't and didn't tell me until 2 weeks later!
